WE'RE HERE TO HELP

shipping & delivery

  • Yes! We’re happy to offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.

  • As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. For detailed information on shipping, visit our Shipping + Returns page.

  • We can update your address if the order hasn’t been processed yet. Once it’s processed, we’re unable to make changes, so please double-check your details at checkout.

  • We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Transit time averages 2–3 business days. In total, please allow about 7–10 days from the date of purchase to delivery.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Click the link in the email to follow your package.

  • Most orders are shipped through trusted carriers like UPS, USPS, or Amazon Logistics, depending on your location and order size.

  • If that happens, contact us with your order number and details. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund if necessary.

  • Currently, we only ship within the U.S. We’re working on expanding in the future!

Payment & Ordering

  • We value your privacy and will never sell or share your information. You can read the full details in our Privacy Policy.

  • We’re able to make changes or cancellations if your order hasn’t been processed yet. Once it’s in fulfillment, we can’t modify it. If you need help, please reach out as soon as possible.

  • Yes! After you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your details. Once it ships, you’ll also get a tracking link so you can follow it on its way to you.

  • Yes! All transactions are secure and encrypted. We do not store your payment details.

  • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal and Amazon Pay.

  • Not at this time. But our packaging is designed to arrive safely and beautifully.

Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Please email us at info@mondaymoose.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved before shipping the item back. Once approved, please share your tracking number so we can monitor the return.

  • Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. These include custom orders, sale items, gift cards, and gifted orders. Because these products are either personalized, deeply discounted, or purchased as gifts, we’re unable to process them through our standard return system. We kindly encourage customers to review their selections carefully before purchasing these items.

  • We ask customers to cover return shipping costs. Each return has both financial and environmental impacts—from transportation emissions to restocking resources—so we kindly encourage mindful purchasing to reduce unnecessary returns.

  • Refunds are issued as soon as we receive and inspect the returned package. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to appear on your account.

The “Moose” embodies coziness, warmth, and the playful spirit of nature. Together, Monday Moose is our reminder that even ordinary days can feel special when surrounded by the right atmosphere.

  • Our collections are thoughtfully designed in-house and produced by our trusted partners in China. We work closely with them at every step to ensure quality, consistency, and craftsmanship you can rely on.

  • At the moment, we don’t offer customizations. But we love hearing what you’d like to see next—your feedback often inspires future designs!

  • Often yes! Many of our bestsellers are restocked regularly. If you’re looking for a specific item, feel free to reach out with the product name so we can confirm its restock status.

  • Yes! We partner with retailers through Faire. Visit our Wholesale page for details, or contact us directly for larger orders.

  • Yes, you’re welcome to feature our images, as long as you credit and link back to our website or social channels. We love seeing our products shared!

  • No, we’re an online-only store for now.
