Shipping Information


We’re pleased to offer FREE standard shipping within the United States on all orders—no minimums, no exclusions.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will ship the following Monday.

 

  • Standard Shipping: Arrives in 2–3 business days after shipping.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered in 2 business days.

  • Priority Shipping: Delivered in 1 business day.

Expedited and Priority shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.


Please note: Deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska may take 1–2 weeks to arrive, depending on carrier timelines.

Returns

At Monday Moose, we advocate a thoughtful and conscious approach to online shopping. We believe that “free” returns can unintentionally promote overconsumption and waste, when instead we could all shop in a more intentional and informed way.

Each return has an environmental impact and increases our carbon footprint. It also carries real costs for small businesses like ours—including shipping, restocking, and logistical handling. We kindly ask our customers to keep this in mind before purchasing and returning items.

That said, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary, and we’re here to help.

  • Our return window lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the original packaging and same condition in which it was received.

  • Returns must be approved before sending the item back. Please contact us at info@mondaymoose.com with your order number and reason for return so we can guide you through the next steps.

  • Once approved, please share your tracking number so we can monitor the return status.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If your order is cancelled before it ships, we can accommodate the cancellation. If the item has already been dispatched, Monday Moose reserves the right to decline the cancellation.

Once we receive your return and it passes inspection, we’ll issue your refund, store credit, or exchange, based on your preference.
