Shipping + Returns

We are happy to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING within the United States on all orders – no minimums or exclusions. 

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. Standard shipping orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days from the date that it is shipped. We also offer Expedited & Priority shipping for an additional price. Expedited shipping orders are delivered within 2 business days and Priority shipping orders are delivered within 1 business day from the date that it is shipped.

Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If order cancellations are notified before goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Monday Moose reserves the right to refuse order cancellation. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, free from dirt, dust or any fragrances, in the same box or bag and same exact condition that you received it in.

The order MUST be approved before you return it, so please contact us at info@mondaymoose.com so we can let you know the next steps and send you the return shipping label. When the order is approved, please provide a tracking number, order number, the reason for the return, and please let us know what you would like in return. If your return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange, store credit, or a refund.
